1. Service Scope
My Ganga Arti provides professional event management and spiritual ritual services for private events at your chosen venue. We bring the authenticity of Kashi rituals to your doorstep with formal precision.
2. Booking & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking. The remaining balance must be cleared prior to the commencement of the ritual as per the agreed commercial schedule in your contract.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event date may be subject to a full cancellation fee. We recommend rescheduling if possible, which can be discussed with our coordinators.
4. Liability
While our scholars take extreme precautions, the client is responsible for providing a safe and stable environment at the venue for rituals involving open fire (brass Aarti lamps).
